Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods — see our Refund Policy.

Subscription Rules
Billing Cycle
Your subscription renews on the same date each month as your original subscription. For example, subscribing on Jan 15 means renewal on Feb 15, Mar 15, etc.
Credit Allocation
Credits are allocated on your renewal date, not the 1st of each month. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle and do not roll over.
Upgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current cycle. Extra credits are added instantly.
Downgrades & Cancellation
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal date. You keep access to current plan features and credits until then.
Payment Security
Your payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption.

What are AI credits?
AI credits are used for AI-powered features like clothing analysis, product images, and virtual try-on. Each feature uses a different amount of credits. See the Credit Usage table above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access and remaining credits remain available until the end of the current billing cycle.
Do credits roll over?
No, credits reset on your renewal date. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month.
When are credits allocated?

What happens when I upgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your cycle, and the credit difference is added to your account instantly.

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. You keep your current plan's features and credits until then. No immediate charge.
Can I get a refund?
No, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. However, if you've been charged in error, contact support within 7 days for investigation.
Need more credits?
You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more credits immediately. Contact support for custom enterprise plans.
Can I use my subscription on multiple devices?
Yes, your subscription is tied to your account. Log in on any device to access your plan and credits.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed by Stripe.
