By accessing or using Outfity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Outfity provides AI-powered styling tools, including clothing analysis, look management, lookbook creation, and related features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with credit-based usage limits.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date.
• Billing Cycle: The billing cycle is based on your subscription date. For example, if you subscribe on the 15th of a month, your subscription will renew on the 15th of each subsequent month.
• Credit Allocation: AI credits are allocated on your subscription renewal date. Credits are tied to your billing cycle, not the calendar month.
• Credit Expiration: Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Credits reset to your plan's monthly allocation on each renewal date.
• Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. The credit difference is added to your account immediately.
• Downgrades: When you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features and credits until then.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. Your access to paid features remains active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be charged the new price at the next renewal after the notice period.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, even if you cancel your subscription or do not use all allocated credits.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact support within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Circumvent credit usage limits or payment requirements

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload. By uploading, you grant Outfity a limited license to process your content solely for providing the Service to you.

The Service's software, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Outfity and its licensors.

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Outfity is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
